Procedure

The inspection procedure involves a visual type of assessment of the property in question.

The subject of the inspection report is any capital construction object that is registered in the cadastral register and the right to which is registered. It is permissible to prepare an act to deregister buildings whose rights have never been registered.

In the event that any of the commission members does not agree with any information, this must be highlighted as a separate paragraph in the form. Information about all documents attached to the document must also be included in the form.

If the act contains any laws or regulatory documentation (generally applicable or internal corporate), a link to them must be given in the form of a date and number. After filling out the report, all persons who participated in the inspection of the structure must put personal signatures on the documentation.

When to inspect goods in 2021
