Conditions for full early repayment of the mortgage

The calculation of the amount of full early repayment does not depend on the payment date and can be carried out on any day convenient for the client. An application to write off the full amount from the client’s account to pay off the debt is submitted to the bank 1 day before the date of writing off the monthly payment.

The deadlines for full early repayment of the mortgage debt must be strictly observed by the client. If there is no available amount on the account before 19.00 Moscow time on the day of debit, then the application for early repayment will be cancelled. Closing a mortgage loan agreement

If the client made the last payment on the mortgage and the debt was written off in full, this does not mean that the credit history bureau will consider the agreement closed. To officially close it, it is necessary to carry out a number of documentary procedures.

You must select the debit and replenishment account, enter the required amount and make the transfer. The system may request a confirmation code (if this function is enabled on the client), the code will be sent to the mobile phone linked to the system.
