What documents does the Extract from the Unified State Register replace?
According to the new legislation, such documents as the “Certificate of State Registration of Rights” and “Cadastral Passport” are abolished. This means that even if these documents are available, which were issued to property owners before Federal Law 218-FZ came into force, they do not confirm ownership of the property. Therefore, despite these documents, you still need to obtain a current Extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate.
