Currently, citizens have the opportunity to order a certificate of verification of living conditions without leaving home. To do this, a citizen must register on the State Services website (https://www.gosuslugi.ru), and then fill out an electronic application for a certificate (“Categories”).

How can I get it?
The owner of the residential premises (tenant), his authorized representative on the basis of a notarized power of attorney, or a person officially registered at this address can receive a single housing document. For this you will need the following documents:
- statement;
- identification document;
- notarized power of attorney in the case where the application is submitted by a representative;
- death certificate of the owner or tenant to confirm the fact of his joint or single residence;
- to prove the presence of dependents: for children under 14 years of age - birth certificates, for adolescents 16-18 years of age - a certificate from an educational institution or pension fund about lack of employment, for citizens over 18 years of age - a decision of a judicial authority on recognition as a dependent;

- Through MFC . All necessary documents are provided to any nearest multifunctional center. You will need to show up at the appointed time to receive your results.
- In the EIRC (unified information and settlement center) at the location of the housing.
- Through the Moscow service portal “Electronic Reception” via the link.

Expiration and production dates
