New law on redevelopment in Moscow
Unified rules for carrying out and approving redevelopments in Moscow have been in force since 2011. They are contained in Moscow Government Decree No. 508-PP (). Also, a number of important norms can be found in the Housing Code of the Russian Federation, which applies to all regions.
The latest changes to Resolution No. 508-PP were adopted in 2020. They have slightly changed the requirements for the documents that the apartment owner must submit and for the algorithm of actions during approvals.
