The application form for temporary registration can be filled out in blue or black ink, and the information must be provided legibly. To do this, it is recommended to write in printed characters. The first part of the application for a certificate in form N3 provides information about the applicant and the owner of the property for which registration is being issued:

Procedure for obtaining a certificate

Registration at the place of residence, Form 3, is not possible in all facilities. Depending on the purpose of your stay in the locality, the following options are distinguished:

  • temporary accommodation in a hotel, hostel, sanatorium, camp or recreation center;
  • medical institution;
  • your own apartment or house, if you have permanent registration at a different address;
  • rented housing;
  • places of detention.

Registration of individuals is carried out upon personal application when they are in rented or own real estate. When staying at a hotel, the registration process is carried out by authorized persons and does not take more than 5 minutes. Contents of the document

The form includes various fields that are required to be filled out. The applicant must indicate the following.

  1. Registration address.
  2. Last name, first name and patronymic of the person to whom the document is being drawn up.
  3. Date of Birth.

  5. Passport number and series.
  6. Birth certificate details.

No other information is necessary. If a certificate is required for any purpose, it is provided along with the citizen’s passport.

Requirements for filling

In order for your application to be accepted the first time, you must provide the most complete information. The form includes the necessary fields, which the employee will decipher. To fill out Form 3, provide basic information from passports and title documents.

This is a paper that is given after registration at the place of residence of a child under fourteen years of age.

Form No. 8 on registration of a child at the place of residence must contain the following information:

  • Full name of the minor;
  • date of his birth;
  • address of permanent residence along with postal code;
  • the name of the official paper on the basis of which this certificate is drawn up and all the data contained in it, including details;
  • Full name of the official who carried out the registration (with transcript), signature;
  • name of the authority issuing the document;
  • date of issue and stamp.

Certificate No. 8 can be given to a child only in several cases:

  1. at his birth.
  2. Mom and dad buying a new home.
  3. Moving to a new place of residence.
