How did the preferential lending program come about?

The year 2020 around the world began under the sign of the COVID-19 coronavirus. At first, states closed their external borders and limited communications with China. Taking into account the above requirements for borrowers and detailed conditions for real estate, VTB suggests the following mortgage rates: from 9.7% for real estate up to 65 sq.m., 12.1% per annum for housing without a down payment, 10.2% for programs acquisition of large apartments.

What are the requirements for the borrower?

Applications under the program for issuing preferential mortgages at VTB with state support 2021 at 6.1 percent are accepted only from Russian citizens. Minimum work experience - 1 year.
