Quiet hours are required every day, from Monday to Sunday.

As a result, the following noise restrictions exist in the region (not counting renovation work). You can make noise:

in apartment buildings - before 13:00 and after quiet hour from 14:00 to 22:00;
in other places designated by law - until 22.00.

Application of the law and exceptions to it

Law on silence No. 47-OZ dated March 28, 2016 (as amended on December 25, 2020) applies in the region and applies to all business entities and citizens. At the same time, its rules do not apply when performing the following work or actions:

urgent emergency, rescue, necessary to ensure the safety of society and citizens;
suspension of which is impossible due to technological conditions (this must be confirmed by documentation for the work);

Violation of silence at night

The Federal Law on maintaining silence regulates all the necessary provisions:
