The size of the subsidy depends on several factors that relate to the composition of the social unit and the number of children. Preferential mortgage during the coronavirus epidemic

In connection with the application of measures to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population during the spread of the new coronavirus infection, Mikhail Mishustin, Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, signed Resolution No. 566 on April 23, 2021 on lending secured by purchased housing at 6.5% per annum. The program will last until November 1, 2020. Moreover, the reduced rate will remain for the entire loan term.
