Another option for financing home roof repairs involves participating in government assistance. In this case, Federal Law No. 185 applies. According to this law, residents can apply for government assistance in resolving the issue of financing major repairs to the roof of the house. Funds can be allocated from the local budget, state funds or by the apartment owners themselves.
